2011 — The
Beginning

Humanitarian work began informally under the guidance of Mufti Dr. Owais Pasha Qarni, supporting Syrian refugees fleeing conflict during the Assad regime crisis.

Support included food, coal, medicine, winter essentials, emergency aid, and care for widows and orphans. Strong collaborations were established with leading Turkish humanitarian organizations, including iHH.

The Foundation played a major role in motivating the Pakistani business community to help establish an orphanage and widows’ complex with school and shelter near the Türkiye–Syria border.

2011–2019 - Growing Humanitarian Service

Consistent relief operations for Syrian refugees continued.

Simultaneously, support began in Pakistan through small but impactful projects:

  • Ration distribution
  • Educational assistance
  • Social support
  • Medical cases
  • Help for widows and orphans

April 2019 — Official Establishment

Fatih Foundation was formally registered in Pakistan as a non-profit NGO, expanding its work into multiple humanitarian domains across the country and beyond.

2019–2020 — COVID-19 Response

Large-scale ration drives, cooked food distribution, and emergency medical assistance across Pakistan.

2020 — International Expansion

Humanitarian engagement began in regions including Syria, Sudan, Bangladesh, and parts of Africa.

2021 — International Qurbani & Ramadan Programs Launched

In 2021, Fatih Foundation expanded its global humanitarian outreach by launching international Qurbani projects in collaboration with partner organizations across Syria, Al-Quds, Gaza, and other regions.

Ramzan Iftar and ration distribution programs were initiated both internationally and locally, providing cooked meals, food baskets, and essential support to vulnerable families.

These initiatives marked a major step toward building Fatih Foundation’s global seasonal support network.

2022 — Pakistan Flood Emergency

Active emergency response during the catastrophic national floods, including ration, shelter, cooked meals, and essential supplies.

7 October 2023 Onwards — Gaza Crisis Response

Immediate and ongoing emergency relief operations in Gaza, including:

  • Hot meals
  • Cooked food
  • Baby milk
  • Winter clothing
  • Blankets
  • Shelters
  • Flour & bread distribution
  • Food baskets
  • Ovens for displaced families

2024 — Türkiye Registration & Expansion

Fatih Foundation became officially registered in Türkiye as FFT İnsani Yardım Vakfı.

 

Launched the Canned Qurbani Meat Program, producing preserved ready-to-eat halal meat with a 2-year shelf life, especially for Gaza.

2025 — Logistics & Future Growth

  • Launch of Fatih Foundation’s dedicated warehouse and logistics center in Pakistan
  • Active support during the Punjab & KP floods (Aug–Sep 2025)
  • Second year of Canned Qurbani Meat for Gaza
  • Expansion work underway to establish Fatih Foundation Syria (FFS)
